Anyone here that has experience with the Tummo breathing technique?
No sorry, in fact, I heard this for the very first time, what is that and how it work.
Your question is very general. You may get better responses if you were more specific. What are you questioning about the technique?
If you are wondering if Tummo breathing ‘‘works’’, it absolutely does. Like most breathing practices it takes practice and time to really see results. Be patient and diligent in your journey and you will begin to see fruits.
I like that sigil its a great spirit 
Tummo is a breathing technique that can and will cause the rising of the Kunda. Tummo is also known as vase breathing. Although there seems to be at least two different techniques.
- When researching make sure they teach TUMMO and not WHM (Wim Hof Method)
Because people will stick the Tummo label on every breathing technique nowadays.
Pick out the video with your language and do the WHM. So you know exactly which technique is not Tummo.
(nothing wrong with WHM though)
