I was wondering if anyone new of a meditation or ritual to discover your true name? I searched the forums, but found little outside C.K.'s meditation for discovering godform (which is different?), and others saying to contact demons to see if they can retrieve it. I don’t yet feel ready/comfortable contacting other demons as I am still working towards connecting with Lilith (my 1st), and also wonder if discovering it through my own work will help me more in the long run.

Maybe ask your closest guide? I haven’t yet found my true name, but I know my godform’s because of my guide.
edit: I believe VK Jehannum might have something on it. He has a service where channels everything. It’s called ‘Pathfinder’ if I remember correctly.

In the golden dawn tradition after going through initiation you decide upon a magickal motto or name.
It represents you and your magick.
So I’d say do sufficient banishings for 6 months then you should be able to figure one out.
