I have the worst neighbor I ever had in my life. I believe she is mentally ill and reeks of entitlement and is a bully. What rituals/ entity can I call upon to make her move?

There are many options for dealing with crappy neighbours. You can used a Forced Exile spell from books like Angels of Wrath and Angels of Omnipotence, or the Eviction Hex from Demon Curse Magick.
You can use a Freezer Spell.
In Goetia Pathworking, Sitri is said to have the power to “give someone the urge to leave,” Orias can “make a neighbour silent” and Phenix can “subjegate the disruptive.”

Theres also a ritual in Magickal Attack by Gordon Winterfield which is designed to get someone out of your life. I’ve used it successfully a number of times.
I’ve had it not succeed three times. But on most occasions I’ve never seen the person again, or a long time later seen them on the opposite side of the street etc.
Note that the level of forced involvement they have in your life appears to be a factor. Ie, the ones My non successes were with were people working in the same office as me.
At least if it succeeded with them it wasnt the first time. The eventual removal was after a combined method strike which involved repeating this ritual again along with some other stuff.
