I had voodoo doll I programmed to link to a person I wanted to vampirice but now I have found a new target. How do I clean the doll from the former victim’s energy? Water cannot be used here because it’s made of stuff that does not allow it to be wet.

You can physically bury it in earth, or salt, to drain away the energies. You could also purify it through the elements ie pass it through incense, candle flame, etc.
However, in my opinion, it would be best to just dispose of it, and create a fresh one for the new target.

It it possible to link the doll to both individuals at the same time so I would effect them both what I’m doing with the doll?
