I couldn’t find a thread that answers this but when calling on a spirit to help, do you burn the petition afterwards or keep it still with the sigil? Does it matter either way or is it just based on preference?

I found after a pact or writen request with what I’ll do to.
However it suits you to term it. At the end or completion burn it.
For practical reasons you may need to look at it to see what’s been accomplished and be greatful for that. That gratitude serves as an energetic boost it also helps you.
However this is a c’s question with no answer;in clarifying: Do what you feel cause either is fine
