I know that the Bon tradition is basically Tibetan Buddhist Tantra and is a magic tradition but I don’t know much about it beyond that. I only ever read bits in an advanced protection manual.
For Sumerian magic, we don’t really know much about the religion other than the mythos, but we do know that rituals and sacrifices were held daily in temples. Maybe read about the Sumerian gods in a Pagan context and then adapt it to shamanic practices.
