Tiamat

First off hope everyone is having a descent Monday. Next Iwas wondering about the primordial force that is Tiamat, my reasoning is I’m drawn to working with her. I was hoping someone could share past experience they’ve had with her. Also if you happen to have a sigil Icould draw to meditate on could be great lol.

If you’re really interested in working with Tiamat let me suggest this book to you: [url=http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0983063966/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1431987909&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SY200_QL40&keywords=tiamat+magick&dpPl=1&dpID=510b7gZ7-KL&ref=plSrch]Amazon.com

The Grimoire of Tiamat has a ton of information on her, her story, different sigils for her and her ‘creations’. She’s great to work with for chaos magick, and her creations are good to summon when baneful magick is required (a.k.a. pretty violent beings). A forewarning though, Tiamat is the Dark Dragon of creation and chaos. Think of her as the dark reflection of Gaia, her opposite. To work with her you must throw away reason and sanity, for those will only hold you back down this path. She had chosen me a year or so ago, and I was recently made aware of her constant calling out. So whether I like it or not I am destined to work with her. I do not know what your situation is, but be very careful about making this choice, it is not one to be made lightly.

Btw from my own experience: to fight against the current of chaos and to attempt to cling to reason and sanity, will be detrimental and most likely cause you to feel physically ill, was not an enjoyable experience. Happened more than once until I finally learned to just let it all go.

Do keep in mind that the grimoire is full of UPG, although from what little I’ve done with it the meditations are definitely effective.

Well yes I agree. Like anything, even Koettings books, take it with a grain of salt. While what is written is true to the author, it doesn’t necessarily make it your truth as well. Which is why with this book and with most occult books, I tend to pick and choose parts of it that I like or agree with, but dont take it as absolute fact as a whole. (In other words, read it, mentally retain what you agree with, discard the rest).

You hit the nail on the head about the constant calling. I want to at least become familiar with her and how her operations could benefit me. I’m not new to the concepts of magick but practicing to theses degrees are a little frightening. I’m not afraid to call these forces just nervous. Especially when I’m feeling drawn to spirits that most would not suggest for someone
With as little experience as me.

In relation to Tiamat if she is in charge of primordial chaos and creation then what of kingu? What power does he hold in a real magick workings?
