This guy explains Kundalini in a compelling way: partially spiritually, partially materially. He says awakenings can be fast and safe, and you can measure certain effects on EKG and EEG devices

I’m surprised I haven’t heard of him sooner. He has a bunch of posts with videos and transcriptions explaining Kundalini in a very precise way, and claiming that there are safe, reliable, and fast ways to awaken Kundalini in people that don’t depend on accepting the ideas of any specific tradition.

I’ve looked for and found a lot of people claiming to have worked on making Kundalini awakening safe and accessible, and this is the best I’ve found so far.

How does his perspective accord with or contradict your own? Do you think he’s leaving anything important out?

Glen Morris wrote the book Path Notes of an American Ninja Master that a few of us talk about here from time to time, but if you’re not constantly here reading everything kundalini it’s easy to miss.

Here’s a few more conversations we had about his work if you’re interested

I was not aware of this book, I have just get it. It seems a very interesting and refreshing approach for me. I have always worked more with a “siddhar style” regarding kundalini even if I add some qigong stuff. I’m also learning a tummo system from Shai Tubali and I dont know if he is legit, I need to absorb all these new informations first.
.
Siddhar = one of my approach come from south india and other from nath sampradaya tradition in which there is a rare branch who teach who to raise kundalini through what they call the “narrow way”.
