Hello, you’ll see i try to open my third eye using the meditation with the mantra Toth but not Works…or maybe yes, the question is how i know if my third eye is open? Can i see demons and spirits everytime or only when i do a ritual?..exist another method more easy to open it?

Use the mantra KSAM…If you can get mantras to work they are very effective.There are mantras even for the eyes,the shoulders,the legs etc…The mantra HOOM (like the word mood)stimulates fire so you can combine KSAM HOOM.Or even OM KSAM HOOM…
Search for the book ‘‘Mantra Yoga and Primal sound’’…They are all there…
KRIM mantra (KREEM with a long ee) stimulates electrical energies…OM KSAM KREEM will have a strong effect also…Sometimes can be disturbing and painful but it does the job very well
