The "True" Sigil of Lucifer- Your view?

I’ve been reading this book, called “Lucifer and The Hidden Demons: A Practical Grimoire from The Order of Unveiled Faces” by Theodore Rose, which in the book states that this sigil of Lucifer:

Is a weaker version of the true sigils, which can only lend you a “shadow” of Lucifer’s energy.

On the other hand, the author states that this:

Is the true sigil, which is the more powerful version in a grimoire that is trusted by many occultists.

The thoughts I have behind this are that the elegant sigil, it helped me connect more than the said “true” one, and I am left thinking if I’m doing my magick wrong. Thoughts?

The main sigil of lucifer that is used by most occultists is enough imo. All it is, is just energy that draws you to the entity and their energy.

Just as if you connect.to a deity. Do you need their statue to connect to them? No the statue or depiction only acts as a tool to amplify your connection.

I’ve rarely worked with lucifer so I can’t really say much on it.

Both sigils are genuine. They are both part of a larger set, as presented in the Grimoire Verum, dating from the XVIII century.

Their meanings are not exact and vary according to the authors; Michael W. Ford offered his own perspective on this set in *The Adversary’s Bible*.
