I found a youtube channel called “Son of Lilith”: Son of Lilith
He’s got good, simple, videos that explained me few things which I wasn’t sure.
Also “The raising sacred space” ritual which he mentioned in many videos, really does the work.
Personally I’m using his version of The black sun meditation exercise. Also his exercise are less complicated and easier to memorise than exercises I was using from Konstantinos book “Summoning Spirits”.
