The better question to ask would be. Does believing in karma affect you to have a better life? as it would affect your actions and behaviors. It’s like a filter. Do you want that kind of filter to be a major control of your life choices? If you say yes, then your putting your responsibility into a higher being of karma concept rather than your own self being the creator of your life.
Life is in the hands of the holder. Therefore, karmatic energy lies within your own heart.
