Curious as to whether anyone can speak to having experience in evoking their shadow self or dark double or creating a servitor as a receptacle for the shadow self? It’s something I am going to personally practice soon, just wondering if anyone else has done it?

My shadow arose on its own without me consciously invoking it. I wasn’t even sure what it was when it appeared to walk with me, even though I’ve read Jung. At first I was scared of it. However, it followed me constantly, so I started to get to know it. The integration process is still ongoing, but so far it has brought a lot of new beautiful shades to my life. My creativity, sensuality, and sense of power have increased a lot.
Before doppelgänger appeared, I did a lot of ritual work, where I cut all ties with harmful people in my family (both in real life and internally). This brought about a great feeling of joy and liberation. I interpret that the shadow appeared for that reason. It wanted to join the celebration. And I was ready to embrace it.
I’ve never created a servant, but I think the shadow is a kind of tank in structure.
