Been through some hassles lately and I heard about the Archangel RAG-U-EL. I work in an environment where there is hostility and hassle…then again…doesn’t that describe the world?
I have remembered Raguel’s sigil so i visualized it in the air and did a mental 3 syllabyle mantra RAG- U - EL whilst holding my breath…then exhale. (A simple technique to summon the help of an Archangel)

A gigantic powerful Angel with big powerful muscles. I got the impression he could tear this place apart like a cyclone if he wanted to.
I felt the respect he commands…(upper) classy (as it were) like being in the presence of some high ranking military guy. I felt like his cadet…like whoa…in awe…i could feel him raising an eyebrow at me like I was on watch. That is, he didn’t just come to sort out my (perceived) enemies but to sort me out also. I signed up for this job and he wasn’t letting me forget it…but if i do right he will protect me and noone here can f++k with me.
