Iā€™ve been working on refining the recipe. It takes multiple iterations until you get to the really good stuff in cooking.

I havenā€™t completed it yet. I will tell you once I feel more confident.

However, I can tell you certain aspects.

I fused the recipe from ā€œThat Guy Can Cookā€ and Chef Ranveer Brar.

I added cumin, coriander powder, cardamom powder, and additional aromatics to the base.

I kept the technique from That Guy Can Cook where he sautƩed spices before reducing the tomato purƩe into a paste, added water, blended it, and then strained it before adding it back into the pot.

I added cinnamon, whole cloves, and honey.

Finally, I used the dhungar technique to smoke the curry using a little foil boat and charcoal.

TMW your career life is being throw forward at a rapid pace. We are now fully staffed and training the new employees. I am being trained to take up the next position above the one I am in now. I signed up for a couple of Community resource programs through my company, and signed up for a 6 month to a year long mentorship with A senior staff member and marketing. Which could open a whole new career path if I am accepted.
