first thought now that my brain is off work mode, you could use the energies of saturn to bind the hurricane in one spot out at sea till the energy burns itself out.

saturn is good for binding, banishing, limitations, boundaries, authority, time and structure. short list of useful things it can be aimed toward there is more but this works in the current context.

I’m with you. I did an invocation to have it release it’s energy over the ocean in a micro burst type event to strike a severe blow to it’s intensity.
