what are those? are you talking about akhashic records?
No these are the tablets of destiny. They are either sumerian or babylonian depending on what source you read.
They gave the gods such as EnLil the authority to rule.
Tiamat had them she gave them Kingu and when Marduk took over he took the tablets.
But that is all the information I can find on them.
