This requires nothing but a candle. Before youre depressed, concentrate on the lower end and flame of the candle and see through the flame, then through the wick. It should pop or break the wick.

This is where the candle is useful, because seeing through the physical and non physical is an act of will, making the flame leap or stand straight and still. This same will is what you use to rise up.
