It is possible to summon multiple spirits at once to work in conjunction with the same task?
For example, opening the sigil of K.Paimon, then K.Belial and give them their tasks? Or should the ritual be done is different days?

Yes; I think you may summon and welcome a spirit, explain the overall task and give a part of it, then proceed with the next entity.
