For those of you have struggled with substance addiction in the past and have successfully overcome it now, I’d like to know what helped you do so in terms of spirituality/magick?
I’ve been to drug detoxes twice this year for benzodiazepine addiction and always seem to shortly relapse after detox (2-3 week inpatient in a mini prison like facility). I’ve always had an issue with benzos and alcohol and it started awhile back though with my addictive nature, things just become much much worse, that much faster.
