@Mulberry was that one of the lost videos? If so do you remember the technique well enough to describe it?

As BALG is still working on reconstructing a new location for video, while I’m assured they are backed up somewhere they are not available online at this time.
The Suspension thread is the last info we have,and I expect Timothy will post an announcement here as and when hes ready.
Note: I believe this meditation is available in his older book Ordo Ascensum Aetyrnalis. This was the publication of the original mail order course he provided by letter in the days before things like yt provided easy reach to an audience.
