Strategy to help with visa situation - any suggestions?

My situation is: I studied abroad for two years but had to go back to my home country for health and family reasons. After everything got better I applied for a job search visa in the country where I studied, which in theory I should be eligible for as I graduated from post graduate school there, but my application was denied because supposedly the school wasn’t considered accredited at the time of my graduation.

I appealed the decision and it was rejected, not explicitly, but two months passed with no answer so in this case that’s an implicit denial. Later on I contacted the university from which I graduated so they could help and, long story short, they were absolutely useless.

In this case I can think of two possible solutions:

  1. The court that handled my appeal request accepts it out of nowhere and I get my visa.

  2. The school where I studied somehow helps me and gives me the documents I need, thus being able to apply again and get the visa successfully.

I’d personally prefer the second option but both would work for my long term plan. Which entities could help with a case like mine?

TIA.

I’ve heard a lot about Belial lately and he seems great, but I’m also a bit intimidated as I’ve heard his energy can be difficult to manage. What do you think about this?

It depends. Some people can’t handle Belial’s energy while others have no issues. It’s likely related to individual sensitivity.
