I am wondering if there is any way to steal someone’s qualities for ex. Intelligence from one person , looks and charms from another etc
If you know any method to do so… Please share here 
I’ve come across ways, but I’ve never tried any and it’s really not at all necessary. Traits aren’t a limited resource. They don’t have to be stolen from others.
Do you have a particular desire to develop some traits, or is it intended as a form of punishment to another (which is the only case I could see it as being “needed”)?
Yeah, you can manifest these traits on your own without having to take them from someone else. Just perform a spell or ritual for this, there are tons of spells on google that have already been created if you don’t know how to create your own or just prefer not to. If matters are more complicated than that, try doing evocation and asking a demon or god/goddess for help.

I agree with Ravenascent and EA Koetting(I know he didn’t post,but I know his thoughts on the topic),these are not limited resources.Someone doesn’t have to be stupid for you to be smart.
So please,keep in mind that you can call on Djehuty,or Ghob,or Paralda,or any entity,really,and they will all be able to improve your mental capacity.All too often,magic leads to you blending in with it.The adept of Black magic is as comfortable in darkness as he is in his bed sheets,and the elementalist devoting to fire is passionate,impulsive,constructive,and energetic,to name some examples.
So as you align with,say,the element of air,you can make yourself smarter and smarter,without it costing someone else.
As for is it possible to take someone’s qualities…
You can steal someone’s confidence through psychic vampirism.It’s something I have been doing to bullies ever since I ended Grade School.My final year,a boy from another school came,safe to say,his reputation wasn’t all that clean.
For starters,he was a known smoker,who flunked one year,and should’ve already been in high school but failed his finals,and got into so much trouble he had to change schools…suffice to say,the suave and charming facade made most people want to at least give him a shot.
My classmistress did,I did,my teachers did,my friends did,he seemed a decent guy.Those rumors,were indeed true,mayhaps,but I was,and still am,one of those hippie ‘‘no prejudice’’ trust everyone love everything people(and I hate that about myself.Such a nullifying quality to a black magician who can scry into a bowl of water,and just be done with it)
But he did notice something a bit…off with me.In the trusting,and mind you,I was(and still am) charming.Every spell that I do,has the exact same intent,at making me feel more powerful,which makes me nicer to those around me,and makes me more powerful,etc.
And I also happened to have had quite an ear.For someone who had very very great grades,claimed to study for the sake of knowledge,acted friendly towards everyone and blah blah blah,I was always power hungry.For me power represented not dominion,but the ability to change,to improve,to understand,and such.
Probably why I always take my studies in a zealously strict manner,I want it.And as always,I wasn’t scared to ask questions.Ask anyone anything.Apparently,this boy,wanted to know if I had any sinister dark secrets,shadows that I’m hidding,or anything else.
Eventually,at some point he needed to buy something and asked me if I could lend him some money.Money never meant much to me,it doesn’t know either.I just gave him,not to settle some score,to prove some point,or anything else,but out of sheer niceness.
When he saw that,he really couldn’t believe it.He thought there was something completely wrong with me,who would give their money away to a quasi-stranger?
That was me,that’s still me.Eventually,he constantly kept asking or using the guilt trip,or the likes.My teachers warned me things like that would happen,and then at some point I simply got very angry.
I can remember it all too well,I could feel something,around my body,enveloping him,and pulling something from his eyes,as my gaze and lips answered no.
I ended up being the first one to walk away,and I did not look back.In a few days,he kinda got ill,and when he got out of it,he apologized,in front of my classmistress,and being nice little me,I forgave as I always do.
But until the end of that year,I discovered,that guy was afraid of me.And whenever we were in the same room,I felt like that the master actor in the spotlight,or the master of the house.
This is my rambling,from earlier experiences with the magical.However,it is possible to steal someone’s confidence,their health,and some of these things,through psychic vampirism.
There was I remember somewhere,a post about whether it is possible to steal someone’s luck with your vampire powers?
Anyways,these are just some personal experiences,if you have any questions you are free to ask.

Modeling is a standard technique in neurolinguistic programming. Basically, you just model or imitate the behavior or traits that you desire to have. “Fake it till you make it,” in other words.

Never heard the term modeling used in the context that it’s being used in here, but it falls under the same spectrum of what I believe. Like attracts like. The very essence of your thoughts contain enough power to manifest great things in your life or bring you down and destroy you. If you only think negatively, your life will be filled with chaos, pain, depression, and grief. If you think positively, good things will come your way.
People always say, bad things happen to good people so magick is not real because if what you are saying is true, then the good people of this world would be the ones living in mansions with million dollar salaries, lots of friends, a loving family and that is almost never the case. It’s always the people who steal, deceive, con, and knock people out of the way that end up being successful in life, it’s always the evil people that succeed.
I cannot state how often someone tells me this. My response is that, good things do happen to good people if those good people also believe they have control over their lives. Those who do infinite good but do not believe in magick and ultimately place the control of their lives in some divine god’s hands or those who state “everything happens for a reason” they have no good in their lives because they are giving control of their destiny to some unseen force or some judeo based god, allowing chaos to reign supreme in their lives instead.
Something bad happens to them, as we all have something bad happen on occasion no matter what we believe which is a result of universal chaos, and they say oh well this must have happened for a reason so I’m going to just roll with it and trust it will sort itself out on its own or that some god will help me, which is basically that person giving their lives over to chaos and disorder. However, if they would turn around and say, oh something bad did happen but you know what? I have control over my life and nothing is going to bring me down, then the power of that thought will convince them to act upon it to influence a change for the better whether it be thru magickal means or thru the power of thought and self persuasion to inspire change.
I used this but I would term it more invoking a person rather than stealing their ability. I used it one time at a drum circle (since I didn’t know anything), and invoked or merged into the state of the drummer I thought was the most skilled, and was able to pick up some neat tricks and keep up without ever having done it before.
I held the intent as being possible and used all my effort to relax and be open to the intuited experiential body movements /knowledge and feeling of rythm’s and tempo as I was doing the activity spontaneously.
Like cat says, its really a form of modelling, and you can use your ‘magical bag of tricks’ to align your mind and intent along with it to speed up the process.
If you want to punish an intelligent boy for his pride, find a more intelligent boy to make fun of him,
I am interested in taking someone’s abilities, confidence, and happiness for my own as a form of punishment. I have some of their hair and of course a photo is easy to come by. I was thinking of making a doll… I’ve never used a doll or intentionally used vampirism. Any and all advice welcome! Pretty please
Also, I would like to know: If i take their energy will I become more linked to them? I already have an annoying obsession that used to make me crazy BUT I have found a way to find it fun. After all, life is a game and having a nemesis is like having a toy . If there was a way, though, for me to never think about them again but gain everything as they lose everything that would be fucking fantastic.
