Stand for Fire Scrying

Hey All,

I’m looking for some suggestions as to a stand to hold the bowl I’m using for fire scrying. I burned a small circle into my hardwood floor with my incense bowl during a ritual and I don’t a repeat when I practice my scrying. Anybody know of something I can look for?

I use this:

Wow, that looks great Gnosis. Thanks. I’ve been searching thrift stores for something but haven’t seen anything close.

A stainless steel dog bowl. Take some stainless rod and bend it how you want it for a stand and tack weld it. Sorry, but I prefer to make my own tools my craft when ever I can. Most of the time it’s cheaper, but you have to put in the work for it. Helps to connect with them better.

I used rebar to make my tripod and use a #3 iron pan I cut the grip off of for a bowl…like Andreeje says, you make it yourself, a bit of you is in there too.
Another alternative is to make a quick trip to the granite countertop/tombstone place in your city and beg a scrap of granite, most places will tell you to load up as much as you want. if not, ten bucks will go far!
