I’m looking for specific spirits that specialize and have mastered making spells last forever .

I do not think it is possible for any spell to last forever. A spell is composed of energy and eventually it will run down. That is why a magician has to be aware of whatever opportunities the spell brings them, because it won’t last. To last forever would require constant maintenance that is beyond anything a magician or a spirit would be capable of, in my opinion.
