I have noticed how easily a spirit can attack and damage a human. Last night Vepar was playing with my heart and grabbing? touching it? and it kept fluttering. I realize how easily they could kill me but they decides not to because they have good intentions (know through tarot).
Similar stuff happened when my djinn attacked me, it was so easy for her and she could it all this time. So my message with this post is be careful, sometimes we truly are at the mercy of spirits.
