My opinion of astrology (mostly modern astrology) is that it is nothing more than people trying to be part of a group or “tribe” (you know, common instinctive human behavior), also bringing the sense of security that a one dimensional reading on people do. People are very complex, therefore some actions are unpredictable; astrology brings the sense that everyone with some zodiac sign will act in the same pattern, or hold the same believes. It shield them from facing the reality of things, it’s more in the comfort zone and easy to just treat all Gemini people as manipulative, or treat all Scorpions as dark freaks, than trying to make new friendships with different people.
