Personally I have found having a good relationship with your local landvaettir (or spirits of the land) extremely helpful with maintaining/finding stable housing. Not many people treat the land itself with the same respect we approach our gods or spirits and when one establishes that relationship, they tend to want to keep you around.

Missed this when I came back looks like I got a team 
i wonder if King Paimon would be really good to have the landlord of a specific apartment you’re wanting shift the move in date, or perhaps there’s another spirit that could work for this? King Paimon worked well for me when i had a job interview, maybe he could also be really good in this regard.
