Soul travel

Are soul travel, astral travel/projection, and remote viewing all the same thing? People claim its a difference but it all sounds the same to me.

Soul travel is traveling through all of the higher realms and involves all of the different subtle bodies while astral travel is limited only to the astral plane and astral body. Remote viewing is not travel per se but more of a mental projection to the astral counterpart of a physical place.

Both astral travel and remote viewing can be affected by the current of time and until you learn how to control your travels, you can end up anywhere along the timeline, viewing things in the past or future, while soul travel, because it involves the higher planes, is not affected.

Nicely worded.

Would you recommend mastering astral travel before soul travel or would you say just focus on soul travel?

I’d personally focus on mastering soul travel. The astral is the plane that is interwoven with the physical so your travels will naturally start there before you move into the higher realms.

Would you say you have mastered soul travel? For some reason, I just can’t get the exercises down with the river and pendulum which is annoying. I can focus on a lot of things and have long daydreams. I just have a hard time when it comes to this.

No, I have not mastered it, but you don’t have to. You just have to be good enough and that comes with practice.

It will come with practice. Thought dropping is a basic meditation exercise and your mind will eventually get used to it so take it easy on yourself. Don’t rush. It took me forever to be able to hold the pendulum in my mind but now I find the exercise quite relaxing.
