one of the reasons is usually to get dreams from spirits . personally , i’m currently not doing it for anything important or a specific goal , just whenever i feel lonely (* ´ ` *)

Chernobog is often attributed as a god associated with darkness due to his name, the “Black God”. This thought process is often extended to other possible roles of Chernobog, such as being associated with the night, winter, and death.
Chernobog is good at teaching stuff like void meditation merkaba activation.
This cold and hot sensation could be Chernobog activating ur astral body but I thinks it’s more u have a damaged astral body that needs repair.
Signs of a damage astral body is bad dream recall being clumsy having weak or little to no intuition.
Everything in the astral is recorded and sent to ur intuition and accepted by ur spiritual team into ur space.
