Skin and Hair growth technique

I have been studing TCM (chinese medicine) for a little bit.

for those that do not know. There is a practice calles tummo. You use your mind and breath to heat up your body. Id suggest looking it up.

There is another called “bone breathing” that elderly people use for bone density etc.

I am the type who wants to need nothing. no candles. rituals. altars etc.

I accomplish alot without these things. but i notice alot of people really want to help with their apperance (hence the thread section)

I would like to suggest this to a few people who arw looking for something for their skin and hair.

I have 3 simple techniques. but first we need to look deeper into this.

think about how it is that man can image a fire in his belly and use that to stay warm in the Himalayas. you elderly can breath inyo the bones and cure weak bones, arthritis, osteoporosis etc.

yet when it comes to some thing like skin and hair we shell out alots of money for gimics.

  1. Ask yourself what Your hair means to you. If it is thinning or balding. why do you care?

for women. hair is a sign of beauty and youth.
for men hair is a sign of youth, health and a way to attract mates.

at its core. we desire this ideal of hair because it makes us feel good about ourselves. gives us confidences and show others we are young and healthy.

without it. we feel the opposite. we feel ugly and old and sick.

The first true step is to detach. Be present and accepting of yourself as you are. Love you self in the state your in.

if you cant love yourself now. you will not later.

also note. if you did have all your hair back/ half it thicker. would you fear losing it again?

  1. you need to understand what hair IS.

its not anything in of itself. your Hair is simply a extention of Skin. if you have poor skin. you have poor hair.

you hair grows from the folicles of the skin. The thickness of the hair ia a sign of how healthy that skin is.

Hair (in TCM) is an antenna. it Gathers energy/chi to be absorbed into the skin.

(Note there is a practice called skin breathing to absorb more energy into the body for vitality and energy work)

Consider this (if your a man) men who bald often have thick hair on other areas of the body.

why is this? people in the west say it is linked to DHT…I think that is a symptom not the cause.

If hair is a anntenna that gathers chin into the body. and your head is balding or bald. but you have thick hair on the body. doesn’t that just mean the hairs arw pulling in energy to areas that need morw energy?

on his blog. the hair shaman explaind a technique that uses chi for hair.

interesting thing is he describes hairs for specific chakras

THE 5 TYPES OF HAIR ON ONES BODY

  1. scalp hair – (Crown Chakra).
    2))fine hair- eyebrows, lashes, ear and nose (Third Eye Chakra)
  2. facial hair- beard (Throat Chakra)
  3. pubic hair – (Sex Chakra)
  4. body hair – (Navel and Root chakra)

BASED on this. i dont thinl hair thinning or balding is real.

I think it is just which chakras are using more of the energy demands…

so i have devised my own techniques. if you are interested in trying them. please commit to then for at least 1 month (30 days) at least 15 minuets a day.

once you do them. go about your day. dont think about your hair. dont look at it in the mirror. dont check on it. nothing.

trust the process ans stay in the present. detach ans be at peace.

here they are.

  1. Sit down. close your eyes. feel your heart beat on your scalp. (dont force it)

breath on deeply. feel the air being sucked into your hair and scalp in the inhale. Imagine a white light entering and making your hair ans scalp glow.

When you exhale. imagine black smoke being pushed out. do this until the smoke is no longer thick or black. but a mysty air.

(use this to push out toxins)

  1. Simply image you hair like little anntenas. Inhale and pull the chi down into the scalp. on the exhale. see your scalp and hair glowing brighter and brighter with each exhale.

(This will exercises the hair and scalp. making the hair thicker and follicals stronger)

  1. As before but this time. We use the elements of TCM. Fire. Earth. Metal. Water. wood.

see your scalp as a field. (earth)
ihale and bring energy through youe hairs (air/metal)

hold your breath for 4 seconds. Feel the roots/follicates drinking up the energy (water)

exhale and feel your hair growing like little grasses oe reeds. each exhale they get thicker and taller (wood)

hold your breath for 4 seconds and imagine your hair soaking up energy like a leaf facing the sun (fire)

for logic purposes. Fire creates earth. (Volcano forming magma and cooling)

Earth creates metal. (minerals harden and condense)

Metal creates water. (Metal…also air and storm rain down water)

water creates wood (Water feeds the roots)

Try them all. use which ever you feel you like. Dont struggle. relax and enjoy the process.

Document your results and sensations. IF you do check you hair. only do it once a week.

dont look at your hair as something you desire to have. Look at it as a tool. Something you use to collect more energy into your skin ans body

Would it work to try to do it for another person ? , I will try it on myself first I will come back with an update .

what do you mean for another person?

I mean is possible to work for another person? How would I do that for them I mean xD , there a person that has this issue and I wanted to help , but I don’t think I would work maybe if I would put my hands around their scalp and start from there z guess not xD thanks
