This is how I bring money and abundance to me when I want a simple way to do so. I refresh my bowl every other month and set new intentions as I see fit. This bowl spelling is beginner friendly.
What you need:
- A bowl that can handle a candle in it (mine is green for money I also got it from a local shop for $1.25)
- Green candles (I like votive or small pillar candles)
- Rice white uncooked ( I personally like jasmine rice for its size and shape)
- 4 bay leaves
- 4 cinnamon stick
- Powdered cinnamon
- Money and/or abundance incense
- Currency coins and bills ( I use two of each coins and 4 $1 bills)
- A permanent marker it can be green ( I use black)
Additions if you do choose
- Money/abundance crystals
- Money attraction oil (I can share my recipe if anyone is interested)
- Anything else that makes you think of gaining money. I will put my lottery tickets in away from the flame so it done any burn.
The following how I have been doing my bowls for that last year or so. I have had success with it. You can set up your bowl however it feels right to you. I have found there is no set way to do this.

I take a brand new bowl and cleanse it with the money/abundance incense.

Take white uncooked white rice and fill bowl leaving about an inch or so from the top.

The next thing to do is take the green candle and scribe a money symbol or rune into it. The place it in the middle of the bowl of rice.

Once you have the candle in the middle and where you like it. Take the powder cinnamon and sprinkle a thin layer over the rice and candles.

Now is time to get your marker and bay leaves. I take each leaf and write one word intentions. For example if I am wanting to increase my working in come I write: promotion, bonus, raise, goals ( since my work is goal based for bonuses). You can write for of anything that reaches you money goals. More than one word is okay too if you need it like win lottery, dream house etc.

Now is to build the bowl I have the 4 cinnamon sticks place then north, south, east, west.

Next take your 4 bills and place the next to the cinnamon sticks placing them north, south, east, and west.

Finally take your 4 bay leaves and placing them north, south, east and west.
When I am building my bowl I place everything in the order of north south East and west because that’s how it feels right for me. You can place it however you feel works best with you.
- I place my coins between the candle and the bay leaves, bills and cinnamon sticks.
Optional:
Now is the time to place your crystals you wish to use for your bowl. And to dress the candle with the money oil. I personally put a couple of drops of oils through out the bowl too. But be carful with this method as if you don’t watch you candle it could catch you bowl on fire.
How to use bowl:
Daily I place my bowl on my altar and light a money drawing incense and light my candle. I let the candle burn until the incense goes out. Since I do my bowls for two months at a time ( I have found my intentions manifest in that time). I replace the candle was it burns out. Make sure to scribe the symbol/ rune on the new one and if you use oil to dress it with the oil and powder cinnamon.
