I think the only way this can be done is by working with an entitity that can see or remember the future and then, plant that future recall inside your head.
Otherwise, the odds of winning any lotto game are overwhelming. How in heaven or hell any spirit is going to match all the winning numbers? Theorically, the only one that could do it would be God Himself.
