Can you create a sigil for one person lets say I want to communicate with my friend but we are not speaking with her anymore

So I wrote her name and surname and created a sigil later I draw it on my skin

Ok. So u write her name, then take out vocals, the letters be letters whitout vocals, from there, u create a circle a square etc. Its chaos mahic seal magic etc. In u case. Get a white candle, blessed it. And wait a few hours to dry, in morning first thing.put her name from top to bottom, and say u wish and light as many minutes u want.
