In Sigil Magic, is it necessary for the person doing Sigil Magic, to have the Circle around them and a Triangle, for the Demon to appear?

No Not necessary
If it helps you focus you can use or cast a circle and create a sacred space.
The triangle of manifestation is to manifest the spirit when evoking.
You’ll either see, hear, feel or know the spirit is there when you open the sigil. Internaly or externaly.
