What does it mean when a sigil starts to glow I never really understood sigils and I never really stare at one before but this time I did and it started glowing same with different ones I did on the forum to make sure the my eyes havent been playing tricks on me but then again I’m in spiritual path so when aren’t my eyes playing tricks on me

It means you have successfully entered an altered state of consciousness and opened the seal.

Okay now Please bear with me but What does that mean ?
It means you have completed step one in making conscious spiritual contact. You most likely entered what is known as the Alpha level of consciousness.
Now, when the sigil starts glowing, you begin to call the spirit.
