I typed this up earlier. Its a summary of the things I’ve shared here on the forum as well as some of my notes all written up into a pdf. I said I was going to do something like this a while back but never got round to it.
I’ve covered the basics, though I imagine most of you will want to skip to my notes and work towards the end.
I had to compress the file as it was too large, but it still says its too big. Any ideas as to how I might share this ? ( if you want to read it at all that is )

Maybe divide it in half like a part one and two.
If it won’t attach on here, find a file-sharing service and then post the link once you’ve uploaded it to there.
You should make a pdf, then upload it into www.4shared.com and then post the link of 4shared.com related to your pdf, here. That should solve your issue.
