Depends on how you go you can use your own release or both release.
When I do it I personally do it in a way I am the focal point of the energy mesh since I am the focus of the partner and vice versa I simply change the focus to the goal and use my and the partnerās released energy to the desired goal.

Yes, you would be using their energy too, but it really depends on the technique you are using. When you donāt tell your partner, then any counter intentions they may have wonāt interfere.

No, I donāt. Thereās an entire topic dedicated to this and the only benefit seems to be is if you are/were addicted to masturbating and/or porn. I got my head chewed off because I have a biochemistry background and explained:
Releasing your seed and the potential of life has nothing to do with what makes you tired afterwards. People with a vasectomy never release their seed yet they still get tired after ejaculation. Everything about semen retention and orgasming is a manipulation of your neurotransmitters. and thereās countless ways to do so with out repressing yourself.

To get back to your original post. Skip the sex doll if you want to try this. You can use a fleshlight for the sole reason of sex magick. And it will be a lot easier to conceal afterwards.
