If you look up the word seraphim, you will be bombarded with images of the “common” view of angels. The glowing light, fluffy wings, and flowing hair. Religion has shaped these views, of course. But there are other views and descriptions that I’m sure some people don’t realize. I myself only discovered it recently. Even though I’ve seen at least 3 of them in this form, I never put 2 and 2 together. That form is the dragon. So I searched seraphim dragon and there it was, multiple descriptions of them as dragons. There’s how we view dragons already (big, winged, and scales), some said snakes with wings, some said earthbound, feet no feet, genitals no genitals, 6 wings 2 wings no wings… So many combinations.
The very first time I encountered one was 3 to 4 years ago. I had projected to some sort of beach. It wasn’t long before the dragon showed up. It landed right in front of me. This thing was massive. I was the same height as its snout. It had a wide wingspan. Its color was iridescent and changed between red, green, and gold; depending on where the moonlight shined on it. I was so terrified and intimidated by this thing. We see dragons on TV on shows and play video games that are dragon based, but nothing compares to standing in front of one, even in the astral realm. It pressed its snout against my torso, gauging my heart rate I guess. Then it pulled away and said, “You’re scared. Do not fear me”. Since I couldn’t control my fear, it changed into a human man. That particular adventure was a step in my journey to let go of Christianity, which I may write about in another post.
With so many different experiences and descriptions, which one is the “right” one? The answer is all of them, because there is no “right” one. They are neutral shape shifters, something I knew but didn’t fully understand how it works. Their forms are based on human perception. Each person’s perception is different, which explains the multiple descriptions we encounter of the same being. Something I didn’t think of is we can have a perception, even if we don’t realize it. So they will still appear based on that perception. Also, our perception of them can change, which they will oblige and adapt to the new perception.
So, what does neutrality mean for them? It means that they aren’t good or evil. They stay balanced in between. Like their image, their behavior is based on human perception. If one believes a demon is ugly and evil, then that’s how it will appear. Another could think that angels are ugly and evil instead, and that’s how they will appear. Ever obliging to us humans who crave the need to place things in categories. It’s just the way we are. Things have to be in a certain order (age, race, gender, names). I’m still doing research but this has been my latest lesson and one I feel obligated to share.
