Look into the Mirror between your eyes right than when you awake up. And say the words repeatedly and with emotion what you want to change about yourself or want to have. Numerogicly intended or not doesnt matter its personal choice.
Rince and repeat before you sleep after meditation.
Or do it also midday when posible.
In your bed visualize the think you want and pass peacefully to sleep.
Keep this exercise up for as long you dont have it should 100%manifest after 6 months when not earlyer depends on your mind state and personal work ethic.

If you keep at developing the “mindscape” you go to when writing the hypnosis script, you basically astral travel.
You can go further with his way to do a scripted evocation too! I tried that and it’s much harder than a physical evocation… I have to remember what to say and the petition because once the writing starts, looking at anything else other than what I write gets me out of the sync…
I concentrate on my third eye and get into a trance myself and then I mentally give myself the suggestions. Self-hypnosis is not dangerous but a useful tool for self-development.

i have trained it so i can go to “mediatative state” by will when i want, and it is sorta, the high accomplishmet of self-hypnosis, is also called theta-state by scientist or whatsoever…
you oculd try to listen these 8 hour long meditations on youtube and try to catch the phasing and inner melody of them and slowly drop your heart-rate and other vitals to the level where your sensitivity get arousing high, and continue from that step by step.
It teaches you alot of yourself and your place in the universe, and helps you get rid of depression, negative thoughts, and unhealthy obsessions of fitting society norms etc… also its great for practicing focus and so on.
