So what i done is put Lucifer sigil up for anyone want to do sigil gazing on the forum, plus some dark ambient music can play while gazing at the seal of Lucifer so what you do is activate the music first, then while the music is playing begin your gazing the music will create an atmosphere, and must keep on gazing until the music has ended, this is how i sigil gaze at home on my own.

My record is 2 hours gazing at a inverted pentagram, don’t forget to activate the music first then the sigil, i find the Best place to keep looking is you see the upside down triangle there are two lines crosses, i gaze there, it locks the eyes onto that point, i find my eyes tend to wiggle a bit, also all the lines starts to go black.

How can you gaze two hours without blinking?
Also, don’t you think you were doing something wrong if it took you 2 hours?
I got use to it i guess, after a while you get condition to it.
Well you can train your eyes not to blink in a relaxed state but 2 hours seems line a stretch.
Anyway there is no need not to blink you should be relaxed and If you need to put focus on not blinking that would defet the purpouse.
As for doing the gazing for 2 hour being wrong i would have to agree that might be over the too but that depends on what the purpouse is ofc and that only @Bowling270 can answer.
For meditation purpous sure thing but of the idea is for opening the sigil and doing some working with it If nothing else but gazing is done for 2 hours then i too would consider it a failure at the time? Better then to abort and try again later.
But as said all depending on purpous.
As a inte for music in the backround thats a matter of tast i think its better not to be dependent on it so if one can one should skip the music.
If you know why i take 2 hours, i still take the ordinary time it takes everyone to start seeing the seal start to light up, but i tend to want to go further and deaper, that what i do, but 2 hours i don’t do it all the time, sometimes i gaze for 20 minutes, sometimes 10 minutes if i feel fatigue last night i did 17 minutes with the dark ambient music going while i was gazing i saw a visual of Lucifer opening a strange shape door and coming out of it and shutting the door the door looked a bit iron looking, when i sore Lucifer he was in the most freakish form i have ever seen since my late teen-age years, not all the time i go 2 hours, only if i want to push the boundries, the longer you gaze the more deaper and darker, and deaper visuals of Hell and more places i see, thats what i experience, trouble is gaze to long it will effect back, that seal of Lucifer is one freakish form of gazing i enjoyed it.
