I have a query regarding scrying training.
When I am looking at the mirror:
Should I concentrate on a fixed point (e.g. a reflection) of the black mirror? or
Should I look at a dot and have my mind in white?
Place a lamp (or a candle) in the way opposite to you then think of what you wish to see. Then, yes, empty your mind and look at a point on the shiny surface of the mirror.
