I personally find that, although I’ve driven myself to the edge of schizophrenia a few times through diving really deep into the metaphysical, true skitzofrenix sometimes have a very deep connection with the immaterial. Certain high-functioning schizophrenic can very easily Pierce the Veil, and are able to exist partially in both worlds.
On topic, if you are able to find a way to magically suppress the visions and auditory messages, let us know. However, I’m not sure it really works that way. Whenever I’ve driven myself to the Edge of Insanity, the messages and Visions typically don’t stop until I pull myself away from the metaphysical for an extended amount of time.
If the Visions & voices are too disturbing, or too distracting, magick is a good supplement to psychiatric care.
