Sastan is in Kingdoms of Flame if my memory serves me.

Yes, Kingdoms of Flame, I believe specifically The Kingdom of the Blue Flame, although I could be wrong about that.

That’s right, he’s in the Kingdom of the Blue Flame and there’s also a mention of him in Works of Darkness.
