I am new to the LHP world and a few days ago I decided to get in touch with Sargatanas, by using sigil and enn along with the pendulum I evoke him to come and I made a blood pact with him, after that I meditated in the middle of a evocation, and it seems I experienced this so-called trance state the first time I experienced it, my head and neck moved violently like I used to high with ecstasy, is this normal?
