What is the best book for Rune Magic?

Read Thorson’s work. He’s written plenty on the subject. Also just get to Know them and you’ll feel the flow and working with them will become instinctual. They call to me to use them for things that I didn’t intend to when planning a spell or whatever. Once you know them and feel them it’ll come together.

I second @JezebelleMoon Thorrson is the bomb when it comes to Runes, and he has books that span from the very beginner (look for “Futhark”) to super duper advanced.

Can’t stress enough how good is Thorrson’s work is regarding Runes, from basic to advanced. Go for it, Dave.

I like Nightside of the Runes, however, it is very difficult to find in English. I also think it is best to have a foundation in the Futhark first, because the author assumes that the reader knows some stuff first. It’s not a beginner text.
