Yes it’s good. I highly recommend anything by Thorsson. Though most of his rune work is condensed into his Nine Doors of Midgard, which is fantastic. His older work taken individually is absolutely fantastic though.

I got more out of it after I read Runelore. He also wrote Lords of the Left Hand Path under his birth name.

This is a great book. Thorrson (an alias for Dr. Stephen Flowers) is a rune lore master of the highest rank. I have all of his rune books and refer to them on a regular basis.

I highly recommend both Thorsson(Flowers) and Gundarsson(Grundy).

Nine Doors of Midagard is probably one of the best Rune books out there
