This might be stupid. But after a new arrival mentioning reddit I wanted to make a topic about this.
Has anyone tried any rituals like midnight man, one man hide and seek, maybe the man in the fields? Have you gotten any results or experiences if you had? And what do you think about them? Do you think they have any ounce of credibility? And why?
It would be neat to watch someone here do them live… just for fun lol.
The thing is, some people can make just about any ritual work. So, this is always a difficult type of question to answer.
If they can make the ritual work, hopefully they’ll be able to modify their own rules beforehand and boundaries. Most of these rituals have the scare factor of dying if X or Y spirit wins.
From what I’ve gathered in success between rituals is how it meshes with the magicians beliefs.
AND
the length of the ritual
Some people can be extremely successful with a ritual that takes 1 minute
Others need long hour long rituals.
What I think plays a lot into the success and length of rituals and complexity is how you’re able to disconnect from the ordinary world.
Magick shouldn’t be treated like an everyday task, it should feel special. If you can get into that frame of mind instantly, a minute long ritual can be highly effective.
But, it it takes you time to separate yourself from the mundane and need to chant without distractions for an hour to get in the same headspace it will help significantly.
Yeah I agree it’s a head game, let’s take the preliminary Goetic invocations as an example…you did it for Aaron you did it for moses do it for me…the Magician is psyching himself up to the task of an evocation. Obviously most of us don’t need to do the entire ritual of the Goetia to get the results. Totally a head game. I agree also you have to discard the mundane. One little ritual I do before ritual work is say Gnothi se auton and clang my singing bowl 3 times. This is a cue to me that ritual has begun.
I’ve definitely learned to turn my devices to airplane mode if I’m using digital books. One damn notification can set me back to the start of a ritual.
Well If you give me some links to them I could be up for one or the other 
And also it’s like a lot of things, to me there is rituals I can’t feel shit and others where I call a demon once and his presence is undeniable in a matter of seconds.
Some times when I feel low and loose some hope in magik or have a long “blank” period, I call this demon for the only reason to stregthen back my believes with his presence, he come always so fast it’s fascinating it makes me feel so powerfull
So yeah I’d be up to discover some rituals and give some feedback, I’ll get some time soon to experiment a bit 
This is usually all it takes really if you know what you’re doing. I agree, sometimes the feeling is stronger than others though.
Yeah I like using my phone to generate the enns chant in the backdrop. Gotta set those notifications to silent for sure

I bet it is man. I’m going check and see if I can make a decent recording of length and put it on repeat.
Audacity for PC is an amazing free recording software. I copy and paste if I want a certain amount of times especially if I want exactly 108 times etc.

All of that remembers me like 4-5 years ago the tendence to do the Willy Willy demon (sorry if it’s not his name ahahahaha I completly forgot about it until now)
You know the one with four cases, two yes and two, two pencils, one on the other on a state with equilibrium
And then you “evoked” the said demons asked and you get answers from looking where the pencil is going towards
Those kind of games ah nostalgia, there is none like that as known anymore it’s a bit sad

That sort of reminds of of the Charlie, Charlie pencil game. And I do believe that one came around recently… Games like the one you mentioned are still around they just change forms a bit and names.
Edit: I about died reading Willy willy though. Seems like an appropriate name for a pencil game.
