Chant galdr chants for the runes of sowilo, uruz, raidho and tiwaz times each imbibing and breathing the energy into the aura.

Thank surtr for his efforts in your evolution and close the circle.

Ground the energy in the navel.
Note. As simple as this seems you are calling on the fires of surtr and the runes to clear the path before you.
