Rites of Lilith

This question is for Asenath if she’s watching, or for anyone who might know. As I was reading Rites of Lilith I was wondering how Lilith got the mask name Partasah. When I use a search engine I get results about breaks in torah writings. I have a curiosity about this mask name because of dreams I’ve had.

A lot of spirits can get multiple names as their influence passes from culture to culture. Lilith is one of many who has multiple names. I doubt it’s even the first name she was known by.

For example:

Beelzebuth, Belzebuth, Belzebú, Beelzebu, Belzebub, Baalzebub

Shaitan, Satanas, Iblis, Sathanel, Agios

Hecate, Diana Trivia, Asteria, Hekate

Buer, Detyr

Stolas, Stolos

Asmoday, Ashmedai, Aeshma, Ashema Deva, Sydonai, Sydonay

Zagan, Zagam

Spirits also have different aspects that certain people try to call on specifically which leads to people giving different names to the same spirit.

Like you might say “Hekate” for divination
But you say “Asteria” for assistance in magick

That makes sense, so its possible that she came up with the name subjective to her experiences at the time I guess. Thank you
